What will be deleted:
- Your account and email address
- Your subscription record
- Connected devices and session / usage history
- Push notification token
- Support tickets
Payment records are retained for legal and tax purposes with your personal details anonymised.
Requests are processed within
30 days; you will receive an email confirmation when complete.
