NovaBridgeVPN is provided by NovaBridgeVPN Limited, registered in England and Wales, Company No. 16903183 (“we”, “us”, “our”). Contact: contact@novabridgevpn.com

2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the NovaBridgeVPN application you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Subscription & Billing

NovaBridgeVPN Premium is a monthly subscription. On iOS, payment is charged to the user’s Apple ID through Apple In-App Purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. iOS users can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple ID > Subscriptions. On Android, Windows, web, and other supported platforms, payments and cancellations are managed through the payment provider or platform used at purchase.

• The Premium plan costs $1.99 USD per month.
• iOS: subscriptions are managed through Apple In-App Purchase and Apple ID Subscriptions.
• Android: subscriptions and payments may be managed through Google Play or supported payment providers.
• Windows, web, desktop, and future supported platforms: payments may be managed through supported payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal, crypto providers, or other available options.
• Cancelling stops future charges; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Refunds: If you subscribe directly through novabridgevpn.com, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to Apple's and Google's own refund policies. Crypto payments are refunded on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact contact@novabridgevpn.com.

4. Free Tier

A limited free tier is available with access to a subset of servers and a 30-minute session allowance per 90-minute window. Free access may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use NovaBridgeVPN to:

• Engage in any unlawful activity, including but not limited to copyright infringement, fraud, or distribution of malware.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other individuals.
• Conduct network abuse, port scanning, or denial-of-service attacks.
• Circumvent restrictions in a manner that violates the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Abuse or overload the service infrastructure in ways that degrade service for other users (fair use applies).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, and content associated with NovaBridgeVPN are the property of NovaBridgeVPN Limited. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific connection speeds, or compatibility with every network or device.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovaBridgeVPN Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability in any 12-month period shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid in that period.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via the app or at novabridgevpn.com/account/delete. We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
